We are classic

Our studio is one of the few in Brussels that teaches the Classical Method.  The main difference is that we try to stay closer to the original teachings of Joseph Pilates. That’s where our heart is.

Gratz

Gratz is actually the original manufacturer of Pilates equipment all the way back to 1929 in New York. They are the gold standard of Pilates machines. You will feel the difference.

Small Groups

In small groups, instructors can provide more individualized guidance and corrections. This helps ensure that each participant performs exercises correctly, which is crucial for achieving desired results and preventing injuries. We want to give you all the attention you deserve.

The Journey

Pilates is a fascinating journey that will change the relation between your mind and body forever. We want to see our students grow from beginners to advanced. With time, Pilates will change the relationship between your body, mind, and spirit, and give you tools to enjoy life to the fullest.

Where we are

We are located at Chaussée de Charleroi 173 in Saint-Gilles, within the lively Châtelain district. We are just 5 minutes walk from Trinité and a 10-minute walk from Avenue Louise and Place Stéphanie.

We are easily accessible by public transportation:

  • Tram lines 81, 92 and 97 stop at Janson.
  • Bus line 54 stops at Trinité.
  • Metro Louise + 15 mins walk
