  12. Special Offer & Account Policy. To ensure fair access to promotions and special offers, we reserve the right to limit one use of any offer per person, household, or payment method. New clients are eligible for one special offer only.  Any attempt to create multiple accounts to take advantage of this offer more than once—by using different names, email addresses, or payment methods—will result in immediate disqualification from the promotion, and may lead to the suspension or termination of all associated accounts. We take these matters seriously and strive to offer the best experience to all of our customers. Thank you for understanding and respecting these terms.
  13. Package Use Policy: Our Equipment + Mat Package is designed to be used as a combination of both Equipment and Mat classes, as specified at the time of purchase. They can only be used for classes scheduled within the specified times and schedules, and are not valid for any classes outside of the agreed-upon schedule. Any special offers or seasonal packages come with specific terms and conditions, and these offers cannot be altered, refunded, or exchanged. They must be used as described at the time of purchase. The membership renews every six months unless canceled by the member at least one (1) day prior to the renewal date. No refunds, exchanges, or credits are given for missed classes, and this membership is not eligible for rescheduling or makeup sessions. The standard 24-hour cancellation policy does not apply to this membership. The class will not be adapted to your needs if you have not followed these guidelines.
