MAT

The Mat is the core of the Pilates method; a space where we strengthen, stretch, and find control. Starting with the Essential moves, we gradually progress into a full body workout that includes abdominals, hip moves, backbends, push ups, and a sweat! It’s a great opportunity to relate to your own body and celebrate its capacities. We will always give you new ideas, new themes, and fun toys to make each class a special one.
