MATERNITY

Our Maternity Pilates sessions are specifically designed to support the unique needs of expectant mothers. These sessions focus on promoting physical and mental well-being throughout pregnancy. Benefits of Maternity Pilates include  strengthening the core (which supports the growing belly and reduces back pain), improving posture (which can alleviate discomfort caused by the additional weight and changes in the body during pregnancy), and exercises to strengthen the upper body (which helps with the demands of carrying and nursing the baby). We’ll modify accordingly to accommodate different stages of pregnancy and individual comfort levels.
