(Level 2-3)

Having built up from Level 1, we start reaching for the core of Pilates (Level 3). Each class we add new moves and layers that will enable you to safely perform more advanced exercises. Level 2 is a fun bridge from Beginners to Intermediate where we continue to develop each move. Level 3 is where experienced students (a minimum of 6 continuous months would be advised) would start becoming more independent and feeling more courageous to aim for more.
